Resetting your password is easy and will only take a few minutes.
Go to Tennis TV, click log in and you will be able to reset your password. You will then receive an email with a reset password link where you will be able to update your password.
- Then all you need to do is log in with your new password. If you are having issues resetting your password, please try the following steps:
- Check you have entered your email address correctly on the reset password page
- Check that the email address you have entered is the same as the one that is linked to your account
- The reset password email might take some time to come through, please be patient but if you do not receive this at all please create a ticket through the chatbot on the lower part of the screen
- Users should not sign up or create a new account if they are having issues. Please create a ticket through the chatbot if you need any help.
