If you would just like to cancel your subscription or switch off auto-renew, please visit My Account or manage your subscription via your device settings if you subscribed via Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon in-app payment.
If you would like to completely delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Click the green chat icon on the bottom right of this page to contact our customer service team.
- Select “Submit a request”
- Fill out the fields and in the “How can we assist? Tell us more.” field, please select “Delete my Account”
- In the next field, please provide us with your account details so we can locate your account and delete your account
Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or watch Tennis TV. If you ever want to log into Tennis TV again, you will need to create a new account. This can be with the email previously associated with your Tennis TV account.
