If you experience any issues on the Tennis TV mobile/tablet app, please try these following troubleshooting steps.
App freezing or crashing
If your app frequently crashes or freezes, please ensure you are using the latest version of the app – more information on how to update and the latest version can be found here [link to the getting started on the app page].
We also recommend that you ensure your mobile or tablet is running the most up to date operating system. You can check this by opening your device settings and navigating to software update.
Sometimes VPNs and adblockers can also impact the performance of the app, so please disconnect these on your device and internet if they’re active and try again. If you are not using Wi-Fi or have an unstable or weak internet connection, this can also impact the app.
Video and casting streaming issues
To fix streaming issues on the app and via casting, please also make sure your app is fully up to date and that you have disabled all VPNs and adblockers.
Additionally, you can try restarting your Wi-Fi connection or try and stream on mobile data instead, however please be aware of incurring extra charges with your mobile network operator.
Login issues
If you are having difficulties logging in to your account on the app, you can click “forgotten password” and follow the instructions sent via email to your registered email address.
To reset your password, once logged in you can do this via the Tennis TV website by vising your account.
Premium subscription not working
We are aware of an issue that was preventing some users from accessing their Premium subscription on the app. This has now been fixed in the latest update, so please update to version 5.9.7 and above if you experience this issue.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, please attempt to log in with any other email addresses that may be connected with your Premium account, or your Apple/Android registered email address.
Landscape mode improvements
We have recently improved the landscape layout throughout the app. To watch in landscape, simply tap the full screen button in the bottom right of the video player and then rotate your device to watch in landscape mode. Once finished, you can then rotate your device to exit landscape mode.
Please note, if you have an issue that is not listed on this page then please visit our known issues help page here for all the latest live updates which may be connected to the issue you are experiencing.
