Do I need to download a new app?
No, you don’t need to download a new app to watch on the refreshed version. Simply download the existing Tennis TV app or and update your current app to the latest version in order to access all the new features.
How do I know if I'm using the latest version?
To find out if you’re using the latest app, head to your app store and search for Tennis TV. If there’s an update available then tap “update”, if you don’t see this option then you are using the latest version.
You can also find out which app version you are by opening, Tennis TV app, tapping For You, then the settings icon in the top right. From here, tap “Help & Legal” and then “Help” to access all the details about your app.

Which devices support the Tennis TV app?
The Tennis TV app is available to watch on the following devices:
- Apple iPhone and iPads with iOS 15.1 and higher
- Android phones and tablets with Android OS 7.0 and later
Can I still watch the same matches and videos?
Yes, you can still watch live matches as well as replays and highlights on the app – plus new features [link to new features on the app article] such as Stories and Moments.
Just like the TV apps and website, all ATP tournaments are streamed on the app including ATP Masters 1000s, ATP 500s and ATP 250s as well as the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals.
Where can I find replays and highlights?
You can find replays and highlights in a variety of places on the new app, including:
- The homepage for the latest on demand videos
- Matches tab for all replays from past days
- The For You tab for recommended videos once you have selected your favourite player
Why can't I see Grand Slam streams?
Unfortunately Tennis TV doesn’t have the rights to stream Grand Slam or WTA matches, however live scores from Grand Slam tournaments are available on the latest version of the app.
How can I troubleshoot issues on the app?
If you are experiencing issues on the app you can try troubleshooting by updating your app and device software, as well as disabling any VPNs or adblockers that you may be using.
